This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22385 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024 to report before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai-104 on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders without fail. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had been advised to undergo surgery for the fracture sustained in the right hand wrist and thereby, he would seek for modification of the condition imposed on him.

3.Learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition No.7(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22385 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai-104, on the first and third Monday of every month(in the event of Monday being holiday, he shall report on the next working day) from January 2025, until further orders.
