ORDER

It is stated on behalf of the respondents that the petitioner had received three separate cheques, the first for Rs.2,84,160/- bearing cheque No. 577271 dated 12.07.2023 drawn at Canara Bank, Ooty, the second for Rs.7,28,092/- bearing cheque No. 577272 dated 12.07.2023 again drawn at Canara Bank, Ooty and the third for Rs.16,05,536/- bearing cheque No. 577273 dated 12.07.2023 also drawn at Canara Bank, Ooty. 2.

This fact has also been acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner herein.

Nothing survives in the Contempt Petition.

The second respondent is present. Since the orders have been complied with and the cheques have been paid, this Contempt Petition stands closed. Though an application has been filed to dispense with the appearance of the first respondent, the said appearance is no longer required.

In view of the compliance and the closure of the Contempt. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub Application No. 523 of 2023 is also closed. 28.07.2023 vsg Index: Yes/No Speaking order / Non speaking order
