This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in crime No.66 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent to any other investigating agency under the direct supervision of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that in this case, already investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.173 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai, Krishnagiri District and hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
