ORDER
The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, pursuant to a notification dated 11.11.2022 issued by the respondent Bank, apprehending that the respondent Bank has flouted the order of this Court dated 01.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.25157 of 2022. However, as seen from the notification dated 11.11.2022 issued by the respondent Bank, it has been made clear by the respondent Bank that in compliance with this Court's order referred to supra, one seat for TEG Scale-VI (DGM) is kept vacant till the disposal of the matter.
2. This Court by its order dated 01.11.2022 in W.P.No.25157 of 2022 had recorded the undertaking given by the respondents that they shall reserve one post of DGM for the petitioner in the respondent Bank till the disposal of W.P.No.25157 of 2022. When it is made clear, even as per the notification dated 11.11.2022 issued by the respondent Bank, that the respondent Bank in compliance with this Court's order dated 01.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.25157 of 2022 is keeping one seat of TEG 2/4
Scale-VI (DGM) vacant till the disposal of W.P.No.25157 of 2022, the apprehension raised by the petitioner in this contempt petition is uncalled for.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents also on instructions would submit that the respondents have strictly complied with the directions given by this Court on 01.11.2022 in W.P.No.25157 of 2022 by keeping one post vacant in the TEG Scale-VI (DGM) till the disposal of W.P.No.25157 of 2022.
4. Since the respondents have not disobeyed the order and have once again reiterated their undertaking before this Court in this contempt petition, as was given by them in W.P.No.25157 of 2022, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Contempt petition.
