This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioners for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 12.07.2023 passed in W.P.No.20607 of 2023.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioners has been considered by the authorities and appropriate orders have been passed on 07.06.2024 in G.O.(Ms)No.53 dated 30.03.2022 and accordingly, Notice-10 has been issued to them and final order has been passed. Hence, the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20607 of 2023 dated 12.07.2023, has been complied with.
