This Criminal Original Petition is filed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the event of his arrest in C.C.No.54 of 2017 pending trial on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee, Tiruvallur.

2. After investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee, Tiruvallur and taken cognizance as C.C.No.54 of 2017. In the charge sheet, the petitioner is shown as absconding accused. Therefore, the petition for anticipatory bail would not arise.

3. The petitioner shall subject himself to the direction of the trial Court.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
