5.Considering the reasons assigned in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application and also considering the fact and circumstances of the case, this application stands allowed. The delay of 108 days in receiving the written statement on behalf of the applicant / defendant No.3 in C.S.No.292 of 2024 is hereby condoned.
