This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para 3 in Crl.M.P.No.14221 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15529 of 2023 dated 11.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once, on any working day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
