PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2343 of 2019 in Crime No.334 of 2019 dated 07.11.2019 on the file before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri and to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent/police concerned daily twice at 10.00 am and 05.00 pm, until further orders.

ORDER
It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the earlier conditions imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Krishnagiri in Crl.M.P.No.2343 of 2019 in Crime No.334 of 2019, calling upon the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 am and 05.00 pm., could not be complied with, in view of the medical ailments of the 2nd and 3rd petitioners. While that being so, this Court is inclined to take a lenient view, insofar as the petitioners 2 and 3 are concerned, who are said to be aged about 71 and 75 years respectively. Even as per the statement of the petitioners, there was no medical ailments for the petitioners 1 and 4 herein and therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the conditions imposed on these petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
In the light of the above observation, the condition imposed in the Anticipatory bail order dated 18.10.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.2343 of 2019, insofar as it requires 2nd and 3rd petitioners to report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 am and 05.00 pm., shall stand modified to the effect that the petitioners 2 and 3 shall report before the respondent police, as and when required. Insofar as the petitioners 1 and 4 are concerned, they shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am., for a period of 30 days and thereafter, as and when required. The time for furnishing the sureties, as ordered by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri in the order dated 18.10.2019, in Crl.M.P.No.2123 of 2019 shall stand extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Criminal Original Petition stands ordered, accordingly.
