This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23406 of 2024 dated 01.10.2024, passed by this Court to report before the Additional District Judge / Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore, on all working days at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7 (a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23406 of 2024 dated 01.10.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Additional District Judge / Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore, on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
