This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.13879 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16652 of 2022 on 06.09.2022 to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Cout, Salem on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Cout, Salem, on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. till the filing of the charge sheet.
