This Original Petition has been filed seeking permanent custody of the minor Varun Karthick to the petitioner and to appoint and declare that the petitioner is the guardian of the person minor Varun Karthick born on 24.03.2015.

2. The petitioner and the respondent are present before this Court. The learned counsels for both sides submitted that the parties have settled their marital dispute in the Family Court and they have filed a petition for mutual divorce. During the course of the proceedings, they have also settled the manner in which the custody / visitation of the child to be made between themselves. The learned counsels have also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for both sides, this Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Applications are also closed. 15.02.2024 gsk O.P.No.812 of 2022 Page No.2 of 3
