Radhakrishnan (Deceased), Mr.Selvarasu v. Elavathadi Arulmighu Ayyanar Temple

C.M.P.No.28134 of 2023 in S.A.No.143 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to substitute the name of the petitioner as Mr.Selvarasu instead of Mr.Radhakrishnan (Deceased) as representative for himself and on behalf of other villagers of Pullavankuppam Village in the above Second Appeal No.143 of 2021.

3. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
