This petition is filed to bring on record the proposed appellants 3 to 6 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased first appellant and rank them as appellants 3 to 6 in S.A. No.698 of 2019. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.698 of 2019 and list the matter for final hearing on 19.12.2024.
