The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to refund the half of Court fee for the sum of Rs.15,000/-.

2. Since, the subject matter of the Appeal had already been settled between the parties, the Appeal was dismissed as settled out of Court by order dated 19.09.2024. Therefore, the Petitioner is entitled to refund of Court fee less commission.

3. Accordingly, the petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to refund the Court fee to the Appellant less commission.
