This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the II Additional Special Court exclusive for trial of cases under NDPS Act, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.24633 of dated 12.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
