Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2017, regarding adequate compensation for the cost of school building that had been constructed in petitioner's property, in S.No.321/1B, wherein, the High Tension Power Tower No.49/4 has been installed, within a time frame stipulated by this Court.
