This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of F.I.R.No.414 of 2018 on the file of the First Respondent Police and to quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after investigation, the matter has been referred to as "mistake of fact" and the report has been filed to that effect on 29.09.2018 vide in R.C.S.No.12/2018 before the Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham.
