The Petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the offences under Sections 296(b), 357 and 69 of BNS, 2023 in Crime number no known of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, a petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.676 of 2024 has been conducted and the same was closed.
