When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that some of the accused have been arrested and she would also submit that wrong provision has been quoted in the Petition and she seeks liberty to withdraw the Petition.

She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement and the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh Petition with the correct provisions.

Consequently, connected MPs are closed.
