The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was tried and acquitted in C.C.No.535 of 2018 by the Judgment dated 03.09.2022 which has been challenged in this quash petition. 2.In view of the same, the above prayer in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructous. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
