This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.27724 of 2022 order dated 11.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
