Mr.R.Gururaj, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner submits that the captioned writ petition has become infructuous as eviction has since been ordered.

2. Mr.NRR.Arun Natarajan, learned State counsel on behalf of respondents to (official respondents) and Mr.K.Chandrasekaran, learned counsel on behalf of fourth respondent (private respondent) are before this virtual Court.

3. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the captioned writ petition may please be disposed of as closed as it has become infructuous.

4. Recording the stated position of writ petitioner, captioned writ petition is disposed of as closed (having become infructuous). Though obvious, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view or opinion on the merits of the matter in this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected WMP is also closed.
