The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief: "To direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 18.09.2024".
2. Mr. A. Selvendran, Special Government Pleader would submit that as regards 2.12 acres, which is comprised in S.No.103/1, the same is Government Prambokke land. Further 1 acres out of 2.12 acres has been assigned in favour of the landless poor. The petitioner is in occupation of 37 cents out of 1.12 acres and the remaining extent is in the hands of the third parties.
3. Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider and pass orders on the representation, within a period of 12 weeks from the date 2/5
of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving personal hearing to the petitioner. On the allotted date, the petitioner shall present with all the documents and the respondents shall consider the arguments and document and pass a speaking order.
4. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
