This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu.W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025. 2.

This Case in Cr.No.125 of 2017 is registered for alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 324 & 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of TNPHW Act. The defacto complainant's son is present before this Court and submits that they have compromised the issue and have no objection to the case being disposed of on compromise. Due to the unique manner in which this dedicated bench conducts hybrid hearings, the filing of written affidavits or terms of compromise is dispensed with. veda jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as per Gian Singh -vs- State of Punjab & another, (2012 10 SCC 303). 3.

Accordingly, the proceedings in CC.No.318 of 2017 of Judicial Magistrate Court, Dharapuram, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur is quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of.

The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
