PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the order in Letter No.4 dated 6.6.2017 of the third respondent herein in respect of petitioner and quash the same.

ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J) This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned order dated 06.06.2017 passed by the third respondent under Section 56 read with Section 85 of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.

2. The petitioner now seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order impugned in this Writ Petition by filing statutory revision in terms of Section 80-A of the Town and Country Planning Act.

3. The leaned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 have no serious objection for the above submission.

4. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty. No costs.
