This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10929 of 2023 dated 17.07.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.00 a.m., till the charges are framed and thereafter, once in a week before the trial Court till the disposal of the trial, apart from Court hearings.
