This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.22808 of 2024 on 20.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for 30 days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition in para No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.22808 of 2024 on 20.09.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
