This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23123 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.00 a.m., for 30 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
