This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each in Crl.O.P.No.28928 of 2022 dated 24.11.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserve to be considered favourably.

4.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28928 of 2022 by order dated 24.11.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties and comply with the conditions within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
