This Writ Petition has become infructuous as the first respondent has already issued a "Loan Closure Certificate" dated 27.03.2019 to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the first respondent has filed a Memo along with a copy of the "Loan Closure Certificate" dated 27.03.2019 to that effect. Content of the Memo filed by the learned counsel for the first respondent reads as under:-

2. Pending consideration of the present Writ Petition, on 06.03.2019, the Petitioner was given a settlement offer under "Special Onetime Settlement Scheme". As per the said Scheme the Petitioner is liable to make a payment of Rs.1,51,000/- on or before 31.03.2019 towards full and final settlement of his loan dues. Accordingly, the Petitioner has paid the Page No. 2 of 4

said amount of Rs.1,51,000/- on 06.03.2019 and his loan account was closed on 21.03.2019. In the circumstances, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition for consideration.
