For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 05.04.2023 passed in W.P.No.15025 of 2018, the contempt petition is filed.

2. This Court, by order dated 05.04.2023 in W.P.No.15025 of 2018, has set aside the impugned order dated 06.02.2018 and remanded the matter back to the first respondent for fresh consideration, pursuant to which, an order was passed on 03.11.2023. Challenging the said order dated 03.11.2024, the petitioner filed another writ petition in W.P.No.308 of 2024. Hence, there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents.
