After considering the case on merits, since the learned counsel for the petitioner also agrees to pay a minor sum of compensation, in order to verify whether the accused has the permanent address at Thulampundi Village, Tirukoilur Taluk, the report of the Probationary Officer is called for, with reference to the verification of the regular address of the petitioner. The Probationary Officer, Kallakurichi District shall submit a report without fail on or before 26.08.2025.
