ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to rectify the revenue records for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition.
2. According to the petitioner, certain unknown persons have been issued patta for the property owned by the petitioner, which is morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition. In such circumstances, the petitioner seeks for rectification of the revenue records. The petitioner's representation/appeal is now pending before the 2nd respondent for consideration.
3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation/appeal is directed to be disposed of by the 2nd respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. The learned counsel for the pettioner is also satisfied if a direction is issued by this Court to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation/appeal, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Page No.2 of 4
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation/appeal.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation/appeal, dated 12.07.2024, which is the subject of this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.
7. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
