Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3.Since the NBW is pending against the petitioner in CC.No.210/2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate- I, Poonamallee, Thiruvllur District, the petitioner has to file an appropriate petition to recall NBW only before the concern Court.
