This petition has been filed to extend the time limit for execution of two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- before the concerned Court, imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.22818 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks from today, to execute sureties before the concerned Court, imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.22818 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
