This Petition has been filed to relax the the condition in para 7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.21753 of 2024 by order dated 05.09.2024 on the file of this Court

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 13 days and the investigation is pending in this matter.

3. Considering the submissions on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
