The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.261 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that the maintenance case preferred by the petitioner/wife is pending before the V Additional Family Court, Chennai and hence, the respondent/husband has no serious objection for allowing this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

4. In view of the fair submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the case in H.M.O.P.No.261 of 2024 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri and transferred to the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai.
