ORDER
Pursuant to the parties appearing before the Mediation Centre, attached to this Court, it is noticed from the Report that the parties have amicably resolved their differences and in pursuance thereof, the pending litigations have also been withdrawn by the respective parties, including domestic 1/6
violence complaint. Parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement which is signed by both the parties. The Settlement Agreement entered into between the parties reads as follows:
SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT This SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT entered into on 9th day of January 2025.

WHEREAS
1. Disputes and differences had arisen between the parties hereto and the respondent herein filed the petitioner under Domestic Violence Act in DVC.No.59 of 2024 was filed before the Hon'ble XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Saidapet by challenging the Petition the petitioners herein had filed a revision in CRP.No.4668 of 2024 before the Hon'ble High Court at Madras. 2/6
2. The matter was referred to mediation/conciliation vide an order dated 26.11.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Mr.Justice V.Lakshmi Narayanan.
3. The parties agreed that Ms.V.Ahalya would act as their Mediator/Conciliator.
4. Several meetings were held during the process of Mediation/Conciliation from 02.12.2024 to 09.01.2025 and the parties have with the assistance of the Mediation/Conciliator voluntarily arrived at an amicable solution resolving the above mentioned disputes and differences.
5. The parties hereto confirm and declare that they have voluntarily and of their own free will arrive at this Settlement Agreement in the presence of the Mediation/Conciliator.
6. The following settlement has been arrived at between the parties hereto.
A. The petitioners herein have accepted to give Rs.25 lakhs to the respondent as one time settlement full and final to the respondent on or before 06.02.2025 by way of Demand Draft in favour of R.Haripriya and also agreed for the same on the following terms and conditions.
B.The petitioner and the respondent here already exchanged their articles and no one have any claim whatsoever on each other. 3/6
C. The Insurance Policy with LIC in Jeevan Saral Policy No.766894778 in the name of deceased Mr.Vasanth who is the son of the petitioners and the husband of the respondent has to be relinquished by the Respondent and the other party can withdraw the policy amount in their name and the Respondent shall provide no objection certificate (NOC) letter to LIC or any other required forms to enable the transfer the policy amount to the Petitioners. If the Insurance Company not allowing the same, the respondent shall have to transfer her share to the 2nd petitioner namely M.Pushpa's bank account by way of bank transfer or cheque or any other mode which will be feasible. The respondent hereby agreed that if there arises any necessity of her appearance before the concerned authorities to complete the transfer of the policy amount.
D. The Respondent shall give consent to change the vehicle in the name of the 1st petitioner namely Mr.B.Muthukrishnan's name by signing transfer forms (TL) in respect of (a) Honda City Car bearing No.TN66AJ4248, (b) Two Wheeler Activa bearing No.TN66Y1084 and (c) Two Wheeler Access bearing No.TN66AE5187. The respondent hereby agreed that if there arises any necessity of her appearance before the concerned authorities to complete the transfer of the name in RC Book and other records of the above said vehicles as and when and where required.
E. The Respondent herein had agreed to withdraw her suit in O.S.No.1186/2024 on the file of the Hon'ble V Additional District Court at Coimbatore and any other litigation initiated against the petitioners herein by the respondent if any.

F.Both the parties hereby agreed that no one will disturb each other in any manner by way of filing vexatious cases or complaints or any other ways.
7. By signing this Agreement the parties hereto state that they have no further claims of demands against each other with respect to CRP No.4668 of 2024 and DVC No.59 of 2024 and all disputes and differences in this regard have been amicably settled by the parties hereto through the process of Conciliation/Mediation.

2. Recording the Settlement Agreement, entered into between the parties before Mediation Centre, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the order. No costs.
