This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the First Respondent to pass orders on the representations dated 06.10.2023 and 2/5

17.10.2023 made by the Petitioner for closure of the Flower Market in Palladam Salai, Sandaipettai and to shift all the shops to the newly constructed Flower Market Complex under Smart City Scheme at Easwaran Koil Street, Zone III of Tiruppur City Municipal Corporation. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for the First Respondent has filed a memo dated 16.03.2024 informing that all shops in the said flower market are shifted to the newly constructed flower market, which is placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition. 4.

In the fine, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
