ORDER

The Petitioner has filed the Writ Petition seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records relating to the impugned Order No.R.C.No.448/G&M/2004 dated 29.04.2004 passed by the First Respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondent to release the Tractor bearing Registration No.MDF 7046 seized by the Second Respondent on 25.11.2008 to the Petitioner. 2.

There has been no representation for the Petitioner during the earlier hearings on 22.06.2011 and 29.06.2018 as well as today despite the matter being posted under the caption of 'For Dismissal'. Mr.S. Kamalesh Kannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents is present. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
