ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet within a stipulated time in Cr. No.239/2018 on the file of the respondent police.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.239 of 2018 on 17.11.2018, no final report has been filed so far.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of one month. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final
report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
