[Order of the Court was made by HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petitions [hereinafter 'WMPs' for the sake of brevity]. 2.

Captioned WMPs have been filed with prayer to dispense with production of 'original impugned notices dated 28.11.2022' [hereinafter 'impugned notices' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

Mr. S.D. Venkateswaran, learned counsel on record for petitioners, is before this Court.

Learned counsel for petitioners, adverting to support affidavits, submitted that the original impugned notices were affixed on the walls of the premises of the petitioners and hence, the petitioners were not able to file the original impugned notices. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant portion of support affidavits in W.P. Nos.34295 and 34302 of 2022, which reads as follows:

cad ".... Since the men attached to the office of the fourth respondent had affixed the original of the impugned notices on the wall of our premises, the same could not be removed safely and filed before this Hon'ble Court......"
