ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records pursuant to the Crime No.24 of 2019 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned by allowing this Criminal Original Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed in C.C.No.95 of 2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvannamalai.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as
