The writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents police 1 to 3 from interfering with the civil dispute in O.S.No.174/1991 pending on the file the District Munsif Court at Ponneri in respect of the suit property between the petitioners and the fourth respondent. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are arrayed as accused in Crime No.19 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 420, 465 and 471 of IPC., and hence the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
