The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner/complainant to file Appeal against the order of acquittal of the respondent/accused by judgment dated 08.07.2022 made in Crl.A.No.69 of 2019 on the file of the Learned XIX Additional Session Judge, Chennai.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
