This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to forbear the respondents from in any manner putting up any construction including construction of toilets in Survey No.225, Krishnagiri Taluk and District as according to the petitioner, the said Survey Number is a water body.

2. Now, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that no construction is contemplated in Survey No.225 and it is not a water body and it is a Ryotwari Nanjai. Further according to the learned Special Government Pleader there is no proposal to construct any toilet in the said Survey No.225. The said statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. 24.01.2023 Index : Yes / No : Yes / No kk To 2/4
