JUDGMENT
(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The appellant in person so also the learned advocate for the respondents 5 to 7 submitted that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 10.01.2024, the girl child of the appellant viz., S.Kanishka has been admitted in the V Standard in the sixth respondent school.
2. The appellant appearing in person submits that the fees has been paid. The same is disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents 5 and 6. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents 5 and 6 that the entire fees has not been paid.
3. We had passed the order so that the educational career of the girl child should not be jeopardised. As the admission has been granted for V Standard in the sixth respondent school pursuant to our earlier order and the same is also accepted by the appellant as well as the respondents 5 and 6, no further orders are necessary. If there is any dispute with respect to the recovery of fees, the parties may
take appropriate steps.
4. Our order for admitting the girl child S.Kanishka in the V Standard is for the current academic year. The appellant may take appropriate steps with regard to the girl child for admission in any other school or the school of her choice for the next academic year.
5. The writ appeal is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. (S.V.G., CJ.) (D.B.C., J.) 29.01.2024 Index : Yes/No : Yes/No KST
