The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the order was passed by the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate (FTC) George Town, Chennai on 29.10.2024 dismissing the petitioner's prayer for recall of the witness, the order is yet to be uploaded and has produced copy of the extract of e-court status which was uploaded in the website.

2. In view of the above, dispense with is ordered for the present.
