ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to record the objections of the petitioner in the Index maintained in S.Nos. 104/5 - 0.41 Cents, 105/4- 0.64 cents, 107/7 - 0.10 cents, 216/5- 0.58 cents, 217/2- 0.50 cents , 251/ 4 - 0.22 cents, 268/1 -0.11 cents situated at Mathur Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the 2nd respondent is attempting to encumber the petitioner's property he submitted objections before the 1st respondent on 22.10.2020 and 05.12.2022 But the 1st respondent has not recorded the same in the index maintained in the aforesaid Survey Numbers till date. Further, he would submit that if the 1st respondent failed to make entry, his rights will be affected and the 3rd party interest will be created. He therefore filed this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that if the petitioner files his objections in the form of affidavit, along with necessary charges, the 1st respondent will conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law.

4. Heard both sides. Perused the records.

5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the either side, this Court directs the petitioner to submit his objections in the form of affidavit before the 1st respondent along with necessary charges, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same , the 1st respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law.
